Here On Assignment Mastermind Initiative

According to google (and my experience in buying flowers), most flowers die because the water is contaminated, they don’t receive sufficient light, and the stalks are clogged and aren’t getting the nutrients they need to survive.  To save them before they die, you must remove the flowers from the vase, rinse them thoroughly with water, removing any slimy coating that could repeat the blockage.

Take the flower out of the equation and insert yourself.  Imagine being in an environment where your ecosystem is contaminated and murky.  Your “support” system isn’t doing a good job of being supportive.  You aren’t getting the adequate amount of light that you deserve, and your negative thoughts have coated you in the slime of stagnancy. You feel like your dreams are on the brink of death because you’re malnourished and purposeless.

While being paralyzed from the lack of guidance and support can stunt your growth psychologically, another factor could be the lack of action being taken.  I have designed a system of accountability to go along with a community of ever-supportive critical thinkers, playmakers, go-getters, and purpose-driven winners!  We believe in community, and Lauryn Hill said it best when she stated, “How you gon’ win when you ain’t right within?”  Our community thrives on bringing the best out of each other by challenging the way we think as individuals, operate as a collective, and produce as citizens elsewhere.

This network is designed to unlearn, adapt, learn, apply, and produce.  We are coachable individuals with a common goal to grow in our own purpose and life’s assignment.  As a member, we’ll gather for weekly accountability meetings (all virtually with some in person events).  This is our space to push one another to a higher level of excellence, a level that allows you to reach your idea of success.  While success is relative, expertise is absolute, and sometimes all you need is the information, exposure, and network to execute your goals and conquer your challenges.
